General infos
A minimum of 7 days is required for a reservation at the apartment Mariolu.
. Bath and towels : 10€/person.
. Bed linen and blankets : 20€/person.
The apartment has a large terrace with a view.
There are 1 private parking spaces.
We have a washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower …
The stay cannot be cancelled.
Except in certain specific cases:
– Cause of death ;
– Cause of force majeure (travel ban linked to Covid, depending on the conditions Government and border closure.)
In case of cancellation without valid reason, the deposit will not be returned.
Only 5 min walk from the shops and restaurants; and only 10/15 min walking distance from de the beach,
Payments
A deposit of 20% will be required to block the Apartment Mariolu (Banking terms).
2 months before the date of your vacation, the balance will be paid.
The payment of the 20% deposit can be made via Paypal.
The booking will be confirmed 48 hours after receipt of the deposit.
If no deposit is received, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
The balance is to be paid two months before the date of your arrival. Either by Paypal or by bank transfer using the information sent during the booking confirmation.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Only the deposit is to be given to our STAFF in cash at your arrival.
This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure after inspection of the accommodation.
The deposit is to be paid at the time of your online reservation.
The booking will be confirmed 48 hours after receipt of the deposit.
If no deposit is received, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
The balance is to be paid two months before your arrival date.

A payment of 50€ will be required for the stay.
The cleaning fee (mandatory) is 120€.
This amount is to be paid when you book your stay.
It will be automatically added to the amount of your reservation.
